About Me

I'm a lover of life and an unabashedly curious nerd with a deep affinity for the natural world and its innate intelligence, power, and beauty. I trained extensively in Chemical Engineering, hold an MSc in Supply Chain & Logistics, and have experience in Business Development. Yet it wasn't until I discovered Vedic Meditation that I encountered a new kind of intelligence through this timeless practice. At first, my hyper-rational mind rejected the idea that there could be more than thinking, technology, studying, and systems. But as my physiology unwound from decades of stress, overwork, and tension, I began to perceive a steadier form of knowing rather than thinking, being rather than doing, and a simpler, sweeter, and more profound way of moving through life. What followed was a refinement in real time: a clearer mind, sharper senses, and a joy both deep and new. I embarked on an intense preparation process within this tradition, which led me to the final stage of the training program required to graduate. I immersed myself in the Himalayas for three months, guided by one of the highest-ranking swamis in the world, Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Maharishi Vyasanand Giri Maharaj, alongside an extraordinary community. It has been the most magnificent, unique, and indescribable experience of my life. Throughout this journey, I challenged every limiting belief: sleeping only three hours a day while sustaining 21-hour days of work, study, and examinations; meditating extensively; exploring the vast Vedic world and its entire history; learning Sanskrit and the vast world of sound and vibration; and navigating some of the most fascinating concepts of modern science, including quantum physics and neuroscience. All of this unfolded within a framework of the highest standards, exceptional beauty, and sophistication. Today, I am proud to be a Vedic Meditation Teacher, able to share this wisdom in Spanish and help bring this knowledge to Argentina, Spain, and South America.

Vedic Meditation is neither a matter of contemplation nor concentration, both of which hold the mind at the thinking level.

Instead, the use of a personalized Sanskrit mantra containing a specific sound vibration moves the mind effortlessly and naturally beyond thoughts entirely, into a state of profound rest many times deeper than sleep. In this delightfully de-excited state, we find a sense of supreme inner contentment and make contact with the infinitely powerful innate intelligence alive inside us.  The practice is not religious, nor does it require a change in lifestyle or belief system. Vedic Meditation comes from the Veda, the world’s oldest body of knowledge, and is compatible with all faiths, creeds, and lifestyles.  Vedic Meditation, originating from the ancient Vedic tradition of India and brought to life by Guru Deva (Swami Brahmananda Saraswati), taught and popularized by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and scientifically explored by Thom Knoles, combines spiritual wisdom with a systematic method that allows the exploration of the deepest levels of consciousness, integrating modern knowledge about the functioning of the nervous system and brain physiology. When practiced, the mind stops chasing external stimuli or internal thoughts, entering a state of transcendence, where consciousness is perceived in its purest and most expansive form. This state is not simply relaxation, but an opening to deep levels of existence and inner clarity. Neurophysiologically, this journey toward transcendence is reflected in a progressive transformation of the nervous system. The ordinary mind is in constant alertness and active thought. During the practice of Vedic Meditation, mental activity decreases, and our body enters a state of calm and receptivity; sympathetic nervous system activity decreases, and blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing harmonize. In this hypo-metabolic state, our physiology begins to release stresses accumulated over years, initiating its purification process. Thanks to this, and because there is a direct correlation between the state of our nervous system and the mind, our mental potential expands. As practice deepens, the mind reaches levels where states similar to deep sleep are experienced without loss of consciousness, and it is there that deep integration of body and mind occurs. In this phase, the parasympathetic nervous system is fully activated, promoting regeneration and biological restoration, while the mind experiences transcendence as a state of pure silent alertness and absolute well-being. At the deepest levels of meditation, a phenomenon of global coherence in brain activity is observed, where different regions of the brain begin to synchronize, creating a unified field of intelligence. The subjective experience of transcendence —a sense of unity, inner peace, and unlimited clarity—thus has a direct correlate in physiology: the mind and nervous system reach optimal balance, reflecting how pure consciousness manifests through the harmonization of body and mind. In short, Vedic Meditation is not just a relaxation technique, but a path toward conscious exploration of the deepest levels of the mind, where transcendence becomes a tangible and measurable experience, both subjectively and physiologically. Regular practice allows this state not to be an isolated flash, but a permanent horizon of clarity, balance, and fulfillment, revealing the essential nature of life and consciousness. The technique is incredibly simple and natural. It requires no effort, concentration, or contemplation, since these are processes of the mental plane that occur on the surface. Instead, this practice uses a pulsation of sound or a personalized mantra, assigned by a qualified Vedic Meditation teacher, along with instructions for its use. This creates a specific vibration in each person’s physiology, triggering the described effects.

"I have experienced very concrete benefits in my daily life. One of the most notable was the disappearance of the headaches I used to suffer from frequently. My sleep is much deeper and more restorative, and with fewer hours of sleep, I achieve the same energy as if I had slept many hours. I perceive myself as less irritable, with greater serenity and patience to face different situations. Azul guides this process with great competence and commitment, which makes the practice not only transformative on a personal level, but also very enriching intellectually."

The Practice

Vedic Meditation

01 How It Works

Vedic Meditation is taught in person, in four 90-minute sessions over four consecutive days. I offer courses primarily in Spain, and I am the very first and only qualified teacher across Argentina and South America.

02 The Course

On the first day, students receive their mantras in a private 1:1 setting and meditate together with me. On the subsequent days, we’ll meet and discuss the basic fundamentals of the practice, the inner mechanics as they relate to thoughts and stress release, and the various states of expanded awareness available to meditators. Each day’s session is followed by a meditation together.

03 Lifetime Support

After completing the four-day course, students are completely self-sufficient to practice on their own for life, with no further studies or training required.

04 Getting Started

The first step is to join a free intro talk in person or over Zoom, where I'll explain how Vedic Meditation works, how it’s different to anything else you may have tried, and what benefits you can expect. I’ll also answer any questions you may have.
